RESONANT SPACES
Resonance remains the constant within each experience.
Drawing on vibrational sound practice, live acoustic instruments and voice, each experience is carefully composed. Natural spontaneous harmonics and overtones arise within the space, alongside layered field recordings that are woven into the atmosphere to create depth and continuity. Some elements are pre recorded; most unfold in real time, shaped responsively within the space.
A carefully held atmosphere begins to form, one that gently separates from the external world and invites a shift of awareness.
These are not performances to observe.
They are spaces to enter.
Within this composed sonic field, attention gathers.
Edges soften.
As the atmosphere settles, perception turns inward. Breath slows. Internal imagery may surface. Imagination begins to move more freely, and intuition often follows.
There is no imposed narrative.
No prescribed outcome.
The structure is deliberate.
The experience unfolds individually.

Maison Moemoea is conceived, composed and facilitated by Emma Winter.
A British multidisciplinary artist, Winter’s wider practice explores perception, atmosphere and the emotional resonance of space.
Her work across visual and spatial disciplines informs the way each experience is structured, attentive to pacing, tone, environment and the subtle shifts that occur within a held field.
Her engagement with vibrational sound developed through sustained study and professional accreditation, deepening her understanding of how resonance interacts with awareness and internal states.
In each gathering, Winter works live and responsively.
The unfolding of tone, harmonic layering and silence is shaped in real time, attuned to the acoustics of the space and the collective presence within it.
Her presence within each gathering is deliberate and grounded, yet warm in tone, creating the conditions for inward exploration with clarity and compositional integrity.
While the spaces are structured and intentional, the atmosphere remains open, human and gently playful.
